Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Estimated delivery within the U.S. is 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Chicago, Illinois (USA).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $99. For orders below that amount, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its status in real time.
What if I entered the wrong address?
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is it safe to shop on your site?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and all transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
How do I request a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
If your request is approved, SEVENTY will cover the return shipping cost. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You may cancel or modify your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All our products include a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
What does the warranty not cover?
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid exposure, extreme heat, modifications, or damage to third-party devices.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email us your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We may request that the item be returned for inspection. In that case, SEVENTY will cover the return shipping cost.
What are my options if my claim is approved?
You may choose between a full refund or a replacement product.
Customer Support
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review your case and offer a refund or replacement based on your preference.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
